About
Our Leadership
Valor and Faith is led by a board whose lives reflect the mission — decades of military service, public service, and commitment to the communities we exist to support.
Valor and Faith is the operating name of The Bezines Group, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving active duty military, reserve, National Guard, veterans, and first responders, together with the families who stand beside them. Our leadership brings lived experience of service: generations of military lineage, decades in Special Operations, and sustained work in public service and community development.

Leadership
Marc Alan Besinaiz
President and Chief Executive Officer
Marc, alongside his brother Stephen, is the driving force behind Valor and Faith, a mission deeply rooted in service, sacrifice, and faith. Coming from a proud lineage of American patriots, he has dedicated his life to honoring and supporting veterans, disabled veterans, first responders, and faith-based communities.
His commitment is personal. His father, a Vietnam veteran, suffered from Agent Orange exposure and ultimately succumbed to those injuries. His grandfather, a World War II veteran, remained a steadfast patriot until his last breath. Two great uncles made the ultimate sacrifice in combat during World War II, losses that Marc continues to honor to this day. This profound legacy of duty and resilience, alongside the lifelong service of his brother Stephen to America, fuels his unwavering commitment to Valor and Faith.
Marc holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Ottawa University and a Master's in Education for Health Care Professionals from Texas A&M. He is currently pursuing a Master's in Management from Harvard University, further strengthening his ability to lead and create impactful change. His ultimate goal is to empower communities and build transformative change.
With a background in the medical field, Marc has been proudly serving Texans since 1998. Beyond his professional and leadership roles, he has volunteered countless hours with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and the Smithville Empty Bowl Project, further demonstrating his dedication to community service.
Under his leadership, Valor and Faith has expanded its advocacy, strengthened its partnership with the Archdiocese for the Military Services, and built a network of resources for veterans, first responders, and their families. Through faith, service, and unity, Marc remains committed to ensuring that no hero is ever forgotten.
